I know, it's pretty bad, but, hey you can still kind of still see the strategy! Right? Take the highest HP mon' in the game, and then stall by infinite healing! Cheren's Care is just a backup, and you can still attack with Wigglytuff, but Vivillion is the main strategy here.

Try using Cheryl to heal because it heals all damage. You also have to worry about Boss's Orders, cards that can OHKO like Chien-Pao ex or Roaring Moon ex, and cards that can remove or deactivate its ability like Giacomo or Path. Gardenia's Vigor is also pointless becuase a stall deck either attacks to remove cards from deck or just stalls.
