The best pokemon to counter VMAX/GX is Decidueye.Why? Because of Decidueye's Ability that prevents VMAX or GX to damage Decidueye.

And EX's are no longer legal in standard rotation. It's legal on Expanded I think.

CharmTCG, I just found that Decidueye can get damaged using VMAXes. Plus, I'll change the M Mannectrics to something more fitting.
