Miraidon EX tandem unit loads a Pikachu EX along with another Raikou V or Regieleki V.
4 Area Zero Underdepths make it likely one will be in your hand on turn one or use a Forest Seal Stone to dig it out of your deck.
<<>> put the RADIANT in spot 6 with VMAX to be 7th and 8th on the bench.
Radiant Eternatus can search your deck for 2 Regieleki VMAX to play directly onto your bench.

This deck will ZAP opponent's faster then they can respond and recover using Pikachu EX as decoys to asorb 2 huge attacks giving time to reload Raikou V or Regieleki V or Miradion EX

Place the the 100hp Hero's Cape on Raikou V to upgrade the HP from 200 to 300.

Smart players aren't going to just mindlessly put Pokemon on their bench and attack the Raikou, they're going to use Boss's Orders and Counter Catcher to knock out your Regieleki VMAX, and discard your stadium cards. Lost Vacumn invalidates your Ace Spec, and without Bravery Charm or options beyond 2 Night Stretchers for getting Raikou back into your hand, you're going to get overwhelmed by Pokemon like Charizard in the late game who'll freely knock out your Raikou and Miraidon. This deck does work, but you need to A. remove the Ditto and just run Nest Ball, B. have more Raikou or ways to recover your Raikou and C. have a plan for protecting your Regieleki other then just hopes and prayers (sidenote don't cite forefeits as proof that the deck works, Dragapult can still destroy you and keep Pikachu from acting as a buffer).
