Smart players aren't going to just mindlessly put Pokemon on their bench and attack the Raikou, they're going to use Boss's Orders and Counter Catcher to knock out your Regieleki VMAX, and discard your stadium cards. Lost Vacumn invalidates your Ace Spec, and without Bravery Charm or options beyond 2 Night Stretchers for getting Raikou back into your hand, you're going to get overwhelmed by Pokemon like Charizard in the late game who'll freely knock out your Raikou and Miraidon. This deck does work, but you need to A. remove the Ditto and just run Nest Ball, B. have more Raikou or ways to recover your Raikou and C. have a plan for protecting your Regieleki other then just hopes and prayers (sidenote don't cite forefeits as proof that the deck works, Dragapult can still destroy you and keep Pikachu from acting as a buffer).
