I know this looks really weird and bad but I feel like it could work. Main idea is to tank Wailord with Luxurious Cape and attack then retreat into Dedenne and move all damage taken to your opponents active pokemon for hopefully a knockout. Toedscruel is to stop Giratina Vstar and Roaring moon and Slaking V is just a tanky alternative for Wailord and an extra attacker.
