I'd recommend Friends in Galar (Brilliant Stars) because it proves that Hop can't give you better than a draw 3 even when he has all of his friends helping him ;)

I woulld have to disagree with all of you however @Octowen as well. Friends in Hisui (Crown Zenith) is better because they have anceint costoms give you the power of POT OF GREED (from Yugio, look it up, yes i know pot of greed only draws 2)
