You shouldn't be running Lightning Energy. I know it's tempting to attack with rotom, but you'd have to dedicate a whole deck to it, and besides the chances of it being practical and useful are slim.  Also Revaroom is not broken (unless you play Cheryl and Energy Recycler and Magnezone with Giga Magnet...) because it can just be two-shot, and 170 is not enough for reasonable KOs. This is more fun in expanded with Metal Core Barrier and Lucario and Melmetal GX, but 150 damage reduction is huge. Just add some cards that can heal (Oricorio is great) and you have a heal/tank deck that slowly whittles your opponents down! (wait this looks fun I should try this.) The only issue is recovering tools lost to the discard and lost zone. I don't see a huge point for Darkrai VSTAR because tools are no longer items (even old tools that say item). I'd recommend converting this to expanded and using Metal Frying Pan and Metal Core Barrier as well so that this isn't as big an issue. Also replace Leftovers with Lucky Ice Pop. Also all of your special energy should be V-Guard Energy to help reduce damage further, but the draw from Lucky Energy is nice. Medical Energy isn't great and Gift Energy is kinda against your strategy. You could also run Archeops to power up revaroom, because your energy acceleration is mediocre. Oranguru is nice, but has no way to retreat back to allow Revaroom to come up (another solution in expanded: Float Stone or Greedent). This is a fun idea, but should mostly be kept to rouge or casual expanded decks.
