Have YOU seen someone using a kecleon recently? No cuz it sucks, but I have found an OP strat to this bad boi. TECHNICAL MACHINES, yes you've seen them in lost boxes and in like every deck, but these are actually useful! Ok this is just a random Lugia deck I got from my scrap mind.

Kecleon: YEP! Its in the title, its basically a win...well only with technical machines. Using Blindside and an energy, you can do 200 damage if you got the right energy. CLUTCH PART! Using crisis punch with the right energy, YOU CAN ONE SHOT ANY POKEMON IN THE GAME. Mew VMAX? ONE SHOTTED! Skelridge ex with Hero Cape? (when it comes out, but if it doesn't come out before rotation, yeah this deck is done) ONE SHOTTED. Revaroom ex with 4 bravery charms? ONE SHOTTED! Dis boi is clutch

Supporting Pokemon: 
Hisuian Bravery: ok lets say your kecleon still on blindside and your opponent is not on one prize card, it does 200 damage. BUT IF YOU PAIR IT UP WITH THIS BOY, putting 3 damage counters on a Pokemon, then yeah, also no one uses jirachi, am I right lads?? K anyway, you basically can kill any V, so that's op.
Radiant Alakazam: some exs like roaring moon ex can die if blindside gets on them. So pair this up with the ability, bang, done

Helpful Cards: 
Earthen Vessel: To get the energy in
Boss's Orders and Counter Catcher: to get any pokemon you want to kill onto the active spot
Ultra Ball: good for discarding hisuian bravery and getting lugia in
Arven: getting a switch and a TM into play
Artazon: to get kecleon on

Strat (NOT TESTED) (duh):
Ok, first we need to find what type they are focusing on, then find their weakness (for example water is electric and metal, fighting is grass and psychic, woa I know everything) The best is them to mulligan, to see if they have any energy cards in there or any fog crystals, then thats very handy for you. After that, I will show you the table:
Early Game Attackers: Kecleon with blindside
Mid Game Attackers: Lugia and hisuian bravery
Late Game Attackers: Kecleon and with crisis punch
Then IN EMERGENCY (which is basically late game) GO AND CRUSH EM WITH CRISIS PUNCH YEAA-
