EXCELLENT! I love to see new and original deck ideas! But there are some fixes to be made: Cut the Hop, no deck should play the draw 3 supporters, although many theme decks and such do condition new players to add them. In its stead, add one more Professor's Research. Cut all the Nessa, there are better recovery options such as Klara and Ordinary Rod. For now, include 1 of the former, and 2 of the latter. Cut the Snom you have for the one with Call For Family, as the Find Ice one has 40hp that can be reduced to nothing with 2 Quick Shooting pings. Cut the 3 Wash Water Energy, as Special Conditions are irrevelant in the meta. Replace them with 1 Water Energy and, while we're at it, 1 more of Snom and Frosmoth each. Continue to my other comment.

(Continued) Cut the Wailord V, as it's a high-retreat 2 prize liability. I see what you're trying to do (get the energy Walrein discards with its first attack), but the risk if it gets stuck in the active spot with 4 retreat (if your opponent Boss's Orders it) and its 2 prizes is high. Instead, consider Suicune V. It has low retreat, a good ability and cheap attack. Cut the Skyla, it just doesn't work as good as it looks at first. Also, you only need 2 Capacious Buckets. With those last empty 4 slots, add 2 Crobat V and a Marnie for draw power, and a Switch. And you're all set! Again, I LOVE (L-O-V-E) the deck idea! Best deck of the month! Rated 5 stars.
