I think this deck gets "better" simply because the other top decks lose significantly with the rotation coming. Powerful energy, scoop up, Inteleon engine leave decks looking for answers while the influx of competitive looking electric cards hit for weakness on Palkia, Arceus, Lugia, and others. Dunsparce is still around to help protect the normies some but still. Mew survives with minimal impact from rotation and may even get help depending on what else gets released with the new base set.
