Neither featured aspect of this deck will work.

1) Marshadow: Weavile's two-hit-KO attack says during your next turn, if the defending Pokémon is damaged by an attack from an attack from one of your rapid strike Pokémon, it is knocked out. Marshadow's attack would work with this if it said "if the defending Pokémon is knocked out by this attack, take one more prize card." However, it says if the defending Pokémon is knocked out during your next turn, take one more prize card. Even doing Marshadow > Weavile > Other rapid strike Pokémon won't work, because the Weavile's attack happens on the turn that you'd get the bonus prize card, so by the time that the other rapid strike Pokémon attacked, the bonus prize effect would've expired.

Jumpluff: Ok so what Jumpluff would do here if you attacked the turn before with Weavile is it would knock out your opponent's active Pokémon and then do 60 to the new Pokémon, not getting the knock-out bonus, because of how Weavile's attack works. Two-hit-KO says this: during your next turn, if the defending Pokémon is damaged by an attack from one of your other rapid strike Pokémon, it will be knocked out. This not only means that if the Pokémon you used two-hit-KO on retreats or switches during your opponent's next turn, the new active Pokémon won't get insta-KOd, it also means that once Jumpluff kills the Two-hit-KO attack defending Pokémon that's active, the new Pokémon sent in won't be insta-KOd, because it wasn't the defending Pokémon from Weavile's attack.

I hope this didn't sound too demoralizing.
