The idea is to accelerate into a copy of Powerglass or Giovanni's Charisma on turn's 1 and 2 if possible, either drawing into the relevant cards that enable one to do that, or by using copies of Drayton or Arven. Then using Powerglass and Weavile one can get easy  ev knock outs by bossing in a utility pokemon or establishing a lock using Weav'

you should play a Town Store (Obsidian Flames) to get your Powerglasses (Shrouded Fable) in less time. nice deck though! (i thought it would be funny to just boss up a squawkabilly or whatever and then paralyze)
