No this is funny, I hate how toxic the Expanded players are on this site. Props for DTOD, I would recommend checking out Pokemon TCG Live and using the Popular filter for Standard to see what's good. NGL, this deck not good, but glad you're getting back into the game!
Welcome back! I see that 151 worked as intended in getting old players back into the game lol. I genuinely love that this deck has a lot of the same characteristics of older decks, despite having entirely new cards.
So yes, while I can appreciate it, this deck isn't very good by today's standards. I suggest taking a good look through some of the most recent sets and reading up on some popular decks, see what catches your eye and go with it. 🙃
NoGoodNames Ironically, when it comes to expanded there's a certain "standard" that needs to be met in order for the deck to be considered remotely good. It's just a lot more noticable than in standard, as the "bad" decks there can be brushed off relatively easily. Not like this deck is really expanded, either, as the only card making it so is the Heal Jamming Mimikyu.
So anyways, euroboy101, I 100% suggest you take carrot_cake's advice, as all of the recent sets have introduced at least 1 or 2 archetypes that you can play with. Right now, some of them are Gardevoir ex (Scarlet & Violet), Chien-Pao ex (Paldea Evolved), Miraidon ex (Scarlet & Violet), and Charizard ex (Obsidian Flames). Of course, there are plenty of single prize decks that are pretty viable, like Brute Bonnet and Klawf, as well as Snorlax stall. I am looking forward to see what you can come up with in the future! :D
