7 Water Energy is WAY too much. Also add another attacker. Zacian doesn't put up a ton of damage quickly enough to be a main attacker. Replace Mewtwo with VS Seeker.
I recognize this list from the ADP League battle deck release a couple years ago, so It's a fine start for someone who's only just beginning. I suggest looking at some of the more popular/better ADPZ decks out there to reference when updating this :)
