The Deck:

Meowscarada is by far one of the funniest ex-es, but is unfortunately held back by being a deck that takes a while to set up in a meta that moves incredibly fast - UNTIL TODAY! (okay maybe the deck still isn't tier 1, but it's SLIGHLY BETTER!)

Similarly to Charizard and Gardevoir, Meowscarada gains significant benefit in the early game from Technical Machine: Evolution - doubly so because unlike those decks you really want multiple cats in

Similarly to Charizard and Gardevoir, Meowscarada gains significant benefit in the early game from Technical Machine: Evolution - doubly so because unlike those decks you really want multiple cats in play at one time to stack their abilities. We also now have Earthen Vessel, a much more powerful Energy Search that can be used to fuel two Meowscarada at once - and also frees hand space for Bibarel which can also be evolved into with the aforementioned TM.

Another big benefit going into PAR is the popularity of Roaring Moon ex, which is weak to grass. This deck has good matchups against both that and Charizard ex for obvious reasons, as well as little guy™ decks like Gardy and Lost Box. Chien Pao and Gholdengo are a bit more iffy - they do run plenty of little guys™ but can start to snowball and become hard to manage in the late game if you don't have a good start.

Other Options:

Initially I was running Mew ex over Bibarel, but its weaker draw often left me without the energy I needed (and also left the deck moreso weak to Path to the Peak). A few copies of Mew (Celebrations) could also be useful, but I couldn't find room for it.

Hawlucha (Scarlet & Violet) can weaken bench sitters, which can fix math, and more stadiums (PokéStop?)  could also be beneficial, but once again there isn't much room. Uhhhh Iron Valiant ex would be silly, but you'd have to make some significant changes to the deck to make space for it and some more switching cards.
