With the release of Whimsicot ex I figured I'd take a look at high energy costing moves for exs and came across Gyarados and figured why the heck not 😂 added Munkidori for damage spread (I know there's a stadium that adds damage counters when attaching energy from hand to a pokemon but ehh 🤷 could still add it in and take out 1 Dori), Lucky helmet for draw (since Whimsicot is gonna get hit may as well get rewarded for it), as well as Enriching Energy + Dundunsparce for more draw. Put 3 Salvatores

Put 3 Salvatores in deck to get Whimsicot out turn 1 going 2nd so that way we can get energy on magikarp asap. Added mew just as an option for dealing with walls more easily. As with all of the decks I build, any suggestions on improving the deck are always welcomed 🙏😁

 

 

It's been a while since I last uploaded anything (just haven't had much inspiration/motivation with the cards that have come out, on top of scalpers snagging most if not all ptcg product 😒), but I'm glad that this recent release of Black & White brought in another option for energy acceleration. There is a Duosion that came out that would work great with the other Reuniclus that we have in standard (and also pairs well with Salvatore), but that deck still feels meh currently 🤷

Why not include a couple more Crispins, and maybe a pokegear or two so that you can have gyrados ready by your very next turn?
