Seabasss requested a Whimsicott deck, and this is the Standard format version. There are no single-prize Whimsicotts currently in the Standard format, so I focused on Whimsicott V and VSTAR, with Gardevoir EX and Refinement Kirlia running support. Zacian V and Chilling Reign Gardevoir are alternate attackers, and Whimsicott VSTAR's VSTAR power is going to do 360+ damage to any one of your opponent's Pokémon when needed, or you can use Sky Seal Stone + Zacian V for an extra prize when necessary.
