This is a cool idea, however it unfortunately cannot beat alot of the decks that are currently dominating such as Mew VMAX, Zacian/Zamazenta, and RS Urshifu. There are a few options that I THINK might be able to help the deck. One option is you could throw in Decidueye(Deep Forest Camo) or Altaria(Miraculous Charm) to make the deck much more protective against decks that only run Vs/VMAXs. You could also add Shadow Caly to set up faster. Just some ideas.
Lol I made this list before Brilliant Stars released, looking back on it it looks pretty bad lol
But I actually love your idea, although I'd use the new Miltank over Decidueye or Altaria
