I would suggest maybe adding some Reversal Energy (Paradox Rift) to further increase the discard potential esp. since you won't take a prize lead anyways. Also I am unsure about Penny (Paldean Fates) in this deck is it to reuse Radiant Greninja (Astral Radiance) or to swap out Rotom V (Lost Origin) or Koraidon ex (Scarlet & Violet) once you have built up enough? Also I feel like Sandy Shocks ex (Paradox Rift) with Energy Switch (Roaring Skies) could be helpful, but thats beside the point the deck looks interesting apart from that.
I have also run into a variant of this before that used Great Tusk (Temporal Forces) as main discard and ran whiscash as backup worked well enough for when you run out of ancient trainers for the great tusk esp. in combination with some reversal energies.
why are there riolu's?
