First get behind on prize cards, preferably using Shining Fates Manaphy for setup support, although cards like Mimikyu and Klefki could possibly be teched in to stall your opponents. Get Barboach, Horsea, and Bronzor on the bench and use Jacq/Ultra Balls/Manaphy to evolve all of them, using Arven/Lumineon to Rare Candy Kingdra. Attach Reversal Energies to Whiscash and start milling; when Whiscash is knocked out, Kingdra will recover the energy, and Bronzong will transfer it to another Whiscash.

Attach Reversal Energies to Whiscash and start milling; when Whiscash is knocked out, Kingdra will recover the energy, and Bronzong will transfer it to another Whiscash. Rinse, repeat, and pray your opponent doesn't boss KO the Kingdra/Bronzong. Thorton the Lumineon into a Barboach/Whiscash eventually to get it off the bench and use Miriam to recover Pokemon from the discard pile. Lost Origin Kingdra can also be used for added hand disruption/draw support, but it might just be better to have a backup Battle Styles Kingdra.
