Concept of this deck is to get an Erika's Venusaur out quickly and ramp with Growth to start *****ering damage across your opponent's Pokemon.

Then Phase II is to use Erika's Victreebel to pull out targets that are less of a threat so their bigger threats take more damage on the bench before being able to threaten the Venusaur, and by the time the Venusaur gets knocked out, the Victreebel's should be able to one-shot any of their damaged Pokemon
