Reveseral energy really doesn't have a target. The only users are Persian and aerodactyl. Id suggest going for double turbo energy instead.
Perhaps pair with xatu or wigglytuff from paldea evolved to speed up energies.
Why are you running voarciousness snorlax when you don't have any leftovers to target?
22 is a LOT of energy. Normal types specialize by make effectiveness of special energy. Perhaps cut down to 12 and incorporate more special energies.
Id swap the stadiums for some artazon to set up your basic pokemon faster. Fill in with some more draw cards like research, iono, Avery, worker, etc...
