Instead of Pokestop you could consider running Artazon which allows you to search for a basic and bench it from deck. There's also a new supporter called Clavel that lets you grab 3 basic pokemon with 120hp or less (all of your wings attackers/ ditto).
Have you considered something like battle vip pass to get the squakbilly more consistently or maybe fetch ditto or more unity wings attackers turn 1?
