Gonna have to try it, mill always sounds fun and this one has coin flips! There really isn't any way to counter this, as far as I've seen.

Iono is good in the early game. Later, you don't want to put cards back into your opponents deck. Maybe exchange for Cynthia's Ambition
Yeah, Iono might give them back a deck if they have a big hand, I know I can get to upwards of 12 on my Gardevoir list.
