Arven helps set up on your first turn with precious trolley (poffin if trolley is prized) and tm evolution to evolve your bidoof into bibarrel and toedscool into toedscruel early on to help with draw support/prevent your opponent from utilizing their discard pile in their strategies. 1-of-1's of Eri and Xerosic's Machinations for hand disruption that puts cards in the discard pile to make use of Toedscruel's ability.
