Wondering if this will work - accelerate energy to Wug with Xatu all while drawing cards. Hopefully Counter Catching something useless in the active and reversal since you'll always be behind. Rescue Carrier to recover Wugs

Update - Tested this in person and can say it did not go well. Maybe bad luck, but frequently bricked or had zero energy for Xatu. Frequent zero-card hands. Also was not playing against meta decks so fast decks should easily be able to win before you can set up. Might make changes

lol this looks like a really fun deck to play, i have always been a fan of wiglet and wugtrio so i might try this at my league, thanks for the list
