This isn't the most powerful deck, but more of a shell for reference for when the luxray ex comes out in twilight masquerade. but despite that there are some very useful tools to use. Even with the Ex coming out in twilight masquerade, I imagine the ex and its varies prevolutions are only going to be made considerations for a control deck.
