Interesting deck, it's sort of a GLC deck but with 4 types. At a glance, the biggest problem I see is that Team Rocket's Diglett cannot evolve into Dugtrio, only into Team Rocket's Dugtrio. Same thong woth Team Rocket's Larvitar.

Oh, I was not aware of the format, apologies. Are rule box pokemon allowed? Since you use a Mimikyu it looks like that's the case. Also, I saw that although you have an Eevee you don't have any eeveelution. If you're using the Eevee for it's attack, I would recommend using Trick Coin or the not yet released Retry Badge, to get a second chance woth it's attack.
Hi!The rule box Pokémon are Ex,V,Vmax,Vstar!Other Pokémon are normal!But i just made the deck form the things that i have,i live in a place where it's impossible to find any singles of needed cards!So i thought it would be a good idea to use energy coin!
In my deck,i don't use any rulebox Pokémon,artazon makes evey player find a pokemon without rulebox(ex,v,vmax,vstar)and grab it! But i don't know if artazon changes the "draw 1 card each turn rule"in to that effect completely
