Hold up first thing: Too many different pokemon. You're trying to do too much with not enough resources. What you should do is choose one or two main fighters (in this case Zacian and Dialga) and build your deck to support them, instead of having a multitude of fighters and no way to have them attack. THis will greatly inprove your consistency and results.
You have no pokemon search, that is a must on every deck.
Turfield, scroll of skies, and amazing kyogre and telescopic sight are useless.
Adaman is nearly impossible to use with 4 energies total. Flareon is not even worth it with only 1 fire energy, you can't attack with it since it needs at least 2 to do scorching column.
Try to search on youtube how to deck build so you can have a better undestanding in what to add, then you can put your favorite playstyle to it.
