Zacian Stall List

Set up a Zacian on the bench, use Intrepid Sword to draw resources, and cycle Snorlax and Miltank to stall out the opponent. Milotic protects your resources, and Eldegoss helps avoid decking out. You can't really take prizes as this is pure stall, so I opted for multiple Peonia to maximize consistency.

Intrepid Sword + Trekking Shoes for draw. Pyukumuku helps with consistency as well. Eldegoss + Bird Keeper, and Cyllene + Pal Pad + Team Yell cheer for infinite loop.

In my experience, this list works

In my experience, this list works the best for the low energy investment. Jynx, Eiscue, Yveltal, and Emolga are all nice inclusions as neccesary.

Lugia VStar: Use Aerodactyl VStar's Ancient Star to shut off Lugia VStar's ability, then stall with Miltank.

Tech options: Run 4x Path to the Peak (Chilling Reign) instead of Circester Bath. You can run Glaceon (Astral Radiance) to try and shut down the Archeops if they attempt to use them to attack. Vikavolt V (Darkness Ablaze) exists as a niche item lock option.

Lost Box: Toss Big Parasol on Snorlax, and tank with Cherens Care/Scoop Up Net. Discard energies with Crushing Hammer.

Giratina V (also applies to Duraladon VMax/Empoleon V): Pray you flip heads on your hammers, or they over-bench and you can trap something else in the active. Otherwise, you likely just lose. You can take a page off similar control lists and run Radiant Charizard (Pokémon GO) or other strong tech attackers like Drapion V (Lost Origin), Galarian Zapdos V (Chilling Reign) or Zacian itself to take KOs on Shred attackers, but this will require you to amend the list to include the proper energy package.

Tech options: Greedent V (Shining Fates) and Bouffalant (Lost Origin) allow for energy disruption on Lost Box and Giratina lists. Empoleon V (Battle Styles) will shut off Comfey and Cramorant.

Arceus VStar: Use Miltank to shut off any Pokemon V and Arceus itself. Play Snorlax with no energy attached to disrupt Beedrill plays.

Regis: Play 2 Snorlax, put cape on each, and trap Registeel in the active with a Boss. Use Cherens Care to tank.

Tech Options: 4x Collapsed Stadium (Brilliant Stars) instead of Circester Bath. Energy disruption is always a good tech for the Regis matchup- Yveltal (Celebrations), Greedent V (Shining Fates) and Bouffalant (Lost Origin) are all possible additions. Vikavolt V (Darkness Ablaze) for item lock can also significantly stall Regis. 

Mew VMax: Miltank shuts down Mew. For Meloetta lists, you want to play Flannery to discard FSE or DTE. Aerodactyl will shut off Genesect. 

Tech Options: Yveltal (Celebrations) is pretty much the best anti-Mew tech for control, Drapion V (Lost Origin) is also an offensive option that requires no energy in this matchup.

Spread decks/decks that use Inteleon (Chilling Reign): Use Cherens Care/Scoop Up Net for your main stall core. Use Volo to discard benched Vs.
