My concept for theme decks if they had Pokemon V. This deck is also a relatively cheap way to get a decent deck. Because every card here is from the Sword and Shield Base Set, it makes this deck easier to obtain by buying packs (I wouldn't recommend using this method to acquire the necessary cards).
