Suggestions:
- Battle Compressor Team Flare Gear (Phantom Forces) really helpful as it helps with zacian V-UNION discard and metal saucer.
- Radiant Greninja (Astral Radiance) helps with metal saucer
- VS Seeker (Phantom Forces) and Rescue Stretcher (Guardians Rising) / Night Stretcher (Shrouded Fable) have wonderful synergy with battle compressor.

Hello friend, - Battle Compressor Team Flare Gear (Phantom Forces) is really great, but unfortunately it can't be played in expanded format. Radiant Greninja (Astral Radiance) I have preferred Galarian Articuno because it draws one card for every 2 you discard, you have to try to discard Zacian V-Union since it is played from the discard pile. VS Seeker (Phantom Forces) and Rescue Stretcher (Guardians Rising) / Night Stretcher (Shrouded Fable) this is a quick deck and these cards are irrelevant as they are not needed for our objective.

Battle compressor IS VALID in the Expanded format.
Where did you get the information that it isn't? 🤔 just wondering.
Sorry, not sure if I explained the goal of stretcher and vs seeker well, but they are for accelerated gameplay. With battle compressor, you not only can discard zacian, it can also discard much needed supporters and other pokemon, which you can pick up immediately with these items.

Head over to expanded casual and see that little circle in the upper right with an "info" symbol, it might explain why it won't let you use battle compressor.

Short answer: TCG Live is a terrible app
Actual answer: At official tournaments, the requirements for a card to be valid in expanded requires the following:
The card cannot be BANNED
The card needs to be from a set that is from Black and White base or later
The card cannot be a joke card like Imakuni?'s Doduo (Evolutions)
Battle compressor is from phantom forces, a set from the series XY, which later than BW, its not banned, nor is it a joke card.
The reason this card cannot be used in TCG Live is that the devs are really slow and if you read the info on their version of expanded, the app only has code/support for SM or later, which doesn't qualify XY. The cards before SM aren't illegal for expanded, they are simply uncoded and cannot work.

The older version of pokemon TCG is so much better.
