Found this deck on /r/PTCGL a week and a half ago. At time of posting my stats are 15-5. Deck list has not been modified since I started using it.

Some notes:
* Brick hands seem to be rare but possible.
* Weak to Durant Mill, Radiant Charizard, and especially Flying Pikachu VMAX since there are no evo's in this deck.
* This deck is not rotation-proof

Strategy:

Choose to go first if you can. Load up Zacian V's as fast as possible using Intrepid Sword & Metal Saucers. Use Air Balloon & Switch Cart

Use Zamazenta as a potential follow-up after knockouts, or if coming up against Miltank. If using Miltank, Echoing Horn can potentially increase attack power.

Octowen Thank you! Yes, I've been very frustrated when browsing decks on this site by the lack of descriptions & strategies (though some posters do include!) as well as having to swap out variant cards for the ones I have, so for my first submission I decided to be as detailed as possible :)
