Deck Primer

my first real deck, probably final. made as a cheap, rogue deck that tries to counter most meta game decks as of current, with emphasis on lightning pokemon. some cards added to disrupt long setups that need to evolve at most on turn 2 [ehem...] cards added to specifically hate on lugia vstar because ❤ why not lol

decks that have a ton of comboes will probably destroy this deck tho, be advised with caution
