Zeraora V is one of the stranger cards in the format, being one of the two decks (the other being Deozys V) with a VMAX and VSTAR and both aren't particularly good. Zeraora VMAX requires set up and a constant board state to hit for 240 every turn while the VSTAR hits as hard as the V with the VSTAR attack, Lightning Storm Star, requiring even more set up to be useful. You're better off using Forest or even Sky Seal Stone, but this list tries to use Lightning Storm Star anyway.
