This is your best deck by far, 1234567890. But I would say a few edits are needed: 1. Take out 1 Remoraid and 1 Octillery. 2 Octillery should be enough for an entire game. 2. Take out 2 Speed Energy, 2 Spiral Energy, 2 Capacious Bucket, 3 Cape of Toughness, and 1 Brawly. With this space, add 4 Melony, 4 Water Energy, and 2 Crobat V. The water energy and Melony can make it faster to attach energy. As for the Cape of Toughness, you seem to do this a lot. Only add Cape if THE ENTIRE DECK has basic. And 2 Brawly should be enough to get 1 in your opening hand.
