Zeraora is one of my favorite Pokemon so why not. Mix off Zeraora Vstar and Vmax for options and the ability to flex to the matchups a bit. Added Luxray for a paralyze lock option. Raichu and Raikuo are both solid second attack options in different situation. Peony is there to help discard energies and go get whatever trainers u need (items for current turn or support for next). I find the versatility of this deck to be entertaining and fairly competitive.
