Optimally, if the opponent has 2 ex pokemon and I use raticate, then the ex is weakened, they retreat, I raticate again after being knocked out on the new one, and then all I need is either clefable or the other damage dealers to knock those out. I'm thinking of adding a panic mask on raticate to force the retreat or lost vacuum or wait for the new vanilluxe which disallows pokemon below 40HP to attack
