Palossand and Slurpuff have been great addition to this form of control.

Once you've trapped your opponent in the active, you can use Palossand to discard 3 cards from the top of their deck or use Slurpuff to retrieve cards from your discard pile. As Slurpuff relies on coin flips you may miss but you'll have a better chance than relying on morpeko.
