It has interesting synergies, but I think the deck should go with one or the other instead of trying to do both. The damage cap on the Zoroark most of the time is going to be 230 and that's if you get 5 psychic energy in the discard while having a full board. If you're playing Zoroak you can cut the Gardevoirs for Silver Tempest Gallades and include Gengars from Lost Origin. If you're leaning more toward Gardevoir Ex then I would probably replace the Zoroark Vstars with Deoxys Vstars. But that is just my opinion.
