Gardevoir ex can only attach to psychic type pokemon. I'm not sure it actually works for something like this. Now if you were considering pokemon like Drifblim SVI, or the upcoming Ceruledge... then we might be onto something. Mismagius is also an option, but you'd probably want a radiant Tsareena to keep it at full health to take advantage of its ability.
Garde only works for specific matchups or as a lategame attacker, I've also tried a version with drifblim and mismagius but I didnt enjoy that much
