Mimikyu is there to help stall (especially against Iron Hands ex) and sometimes get automatic win conditions against ex/V heavy decks, and Manaphy/Jirachi are there to protect your own bench. You primarily want to use Electivire, Drifblim, Mismagius, and Hisuian Braviary to spread damage across the field. Devolution TM can really ruin Rare Candy decks such as Charizard, Chien Pao, Gardevoir, etc and score massive knockouts, and Cancelling Cologne is there to help take out Manaphy/Jirachi on your opponent's end. Slowbro is there to automatically win the game when the prizes are right.

This deck doesn't really have an answer to beefy basic attackers like Roaring Moon ex or Iron Valiant ex as of right now.

Possible alterations to the deck include...

Running a purple-focused deck with Lunar Pain Lunala, Drifblim, and Vengeful Punch/Mismagius; could tech 151 Clefable in here as well to help prize trade.

Running Alolan Raticate, Hisuian Braviary, Paldea Evolved Abomasnow, Absol, or 151 Clefable; get multiple Raticates out, reduce the HP of opposing pokemon to 10 across the board, and sweep the ending with Hisuian Braviary or Absol, depending on whether or not Cancelling Cologne is available and if either Jirachi or Manaphy is benched (Absol does damage, Braviary places damage counters). PAL Abomasnow can prevent your opponent from healing and is already easily teched into Zorobox.
