In the actual packs they appeared in the reverse slot, similar to primes.
My shiny rate also felt very high, make sure that when you fix these "listed rarity slot instead of real slot" issues that they aren't also in the normal reverse slot.
Call of Legends Shinies can appear in the Rare slot
