Starting with Hidden fates, the pokemon website (and thus most setlists) have the assosiated collection subset (Shiny Vault, Trainer Gallery etc:) listed as a separate "set" to the main set, however they are never avalible separatly and instead appear in the same packs as the old set in a special slot. This both preduces a set with no cards for the subset and a set with a broken slot for the master set.
