Niether the energy slot nor the reverse slot (which can be energy in this set) has basic energy
EDIT: This issue seems to occur on every gen 7 set with no basic energy in-set.
EDIT: Affects gen 8 too.
EDIT3: and gen 9
Shining Legends has no energy, instead having random cards in the energy slot.
