Allowing this site to accept its own export format

It's strange that if I export my collection, then immediatly import that same csv, the site fails to read it.

I have to go in and remove a bunch of columns, then move Quantity to get it to work.

The same goes for importing an exported deck. I'm even pasting in something that follows the format reccomdeded by the import GUI, but every deck I've tried to import only adds Night Stretcher and Nest Ball (if they're in the original deck). Not sure if this second one is a bug.

Import should work again now in the Collection Manager.

For the deckbuilder, I've been aggressively caching stuff recently and accidentally caught the deck import into the cache. I've fixed that now so decks should import correctly again.
