Standard Turbo Fire Deck, early game use Entei or Cinderace if you can set him up. Prioritize setting up Salazzle and Magcargo as they're your main draw supports. Welder and Blacksmith are insanely strong and can be used to get Entei going super early or Chi-Yu for a surprise revenge kill. 
Important to note that for the deck to work you need the full art pretty women. I don't make the rules. You gotta get them.
