The Shrouded Fable set releases in about 2 months at the time of this deck submission. The set is focused on the Loyal Three and something that has been missing from the Standard format for a long time.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS!

Specifically poison.

That inspired me to build a GLC deck based on poison and what better typing to muk up the board with toxic slime than Darkness Pokémon!

Muk (Scarlet & Violet) didn't make the cut in case you were wondering but was in the original list.

So how are we going to poison our opponent's active?

We have classics like Hypnotoxic Laser (Plasma Storm), Garbodor (SWSH Black Star Promos), and Hisuian Overqwil (Astral Radiance) but we have less common options like Koga's Trap (Unbroken Bonds) and Poison Barb (Sun & Moon) to get the job done. We capitalize on our poisoned foes with heavy hitters such as Seviper (Scarlet & Violet) and Paldean Clodsire (Obsidian Flames). Should you fail to take one hit knockouts, we can use Guzzlord (Cosmic Eclipse) and to finish the task and take extra prizes while doing it! We have some pesky stadiums in Virbank City Gym (Plasma Storm) and Perilous Jungle (Temporal Forces) too.

The deck also features annoying cards like Marnie (Champion's Path), Galarian Weezing (Rebel Clash), Roxanne (Astral Radiance), and Reset Stamp (Unified Minds) to really drive our opponent nuts!

This deck is a ton of fun to play and will definitely make the other side of the table very frustrated (and maybe a little sick)! I hope you enjoy it.

Thanks,
