Ever since it's release, Wailord (Silver Tempest) has become a staple in water GLC decks and for very good reason! With 200 HP, an attack capable of doing 240 damage with a special energy attached, and an ability that reduces damage by 30; Wailord is an absolute unit! Attach a Pot Helmet (Brilliant Stars) just to be a degenerate.

With 200 HP, an attack capable of doing 240 damage with a special energy attached, and an ability that reduces damage by 30; Wailord is an absolute unit! Attach a Pot Helmet (Brilliant Stars) just to be a degenerate.

With the release of Paldea Evolved, GLC got another huge special energy attacker in Cetitan (Paldea Evolved)! Although not as intimidating as Wailord, Cetitan is not to be taken lightly and allows this deck to have a powerful 1-2 punch.

The deck includes Octillery (BREAKthrough) for draw consistency.

No water GLC deck would be complete without other staples like Inteleon (Sword & Shield), Irida (Astral Radiance), Capacious Bucket (Rebel Clash). Other water-oriented cards such as Aqua Patch (Guardians Rising), Brooklet Hill (Guardians Rising), and Nessa (Vivid Voltage) are great adds to the deck as well.

This deck is powerful, consistent, and super tanky allowing you to have the upper hand in most matches. I hope you find it just as good as I have!

We dropped a lot in this deck. We said goodbye to Candice, Wishiwashi, and Cynthia & Caitlin and welcomed some new friends.
