Deck Primer

Fun GLC control deck that performs rather well.

Some win cons:

Tank and heal: Set up Ursaluna (Astral Radiance)  w/ Pot Helmet (Brilliant Stars)  & Recycle Energy (Unified Minds)  to peat hunt and recover Max Potion (Guardians Rising)  + 1 card

Trap: Guzma (Shiny Vault) target into Munchlax (Unified Minds) and free retreat to Snorlax (Pokémon GO) stall. Alternative trap with Teddiursa (Darkness Ablaze) 's Baby Doll Eyes attack.

Mill: Bunnelby (Primal Clash)

Mill: Bunnelby (Primal Clash) with Counter Gain (Lost Thunder) or Cape of Toughness (Vivid Voltage) and Recycle Energy (Unified Minds) to mill along side Galar Mine (Rebel Clash) to trap while milling with Team Rocket's Handiwork (Fates Collide) .

Energy disruption: Bouffalant (Lost Origin) with Cape of Toughness (Vivid Voltage) plus combination of energy to Lost Zone opponents energy while also disrupting with Team Flare Grunt (Generations) , Faba (Lost Thunder) , Giacomo (Paldea Evolved) , Crushing Hammer (Ultra Prism)  & Enhanced Hammer (Guardians Rising) .

Notes:

Can substitue Jubilife Village (Astral Radiance) with Tropical Beach (BW Black Star Promos) and vice versa depending on your budget.

Can take prizes with Snorlax (Pokémon GO) or Ursaluna (Astral Radiance) if needed or if you just set up way faster than your opponent.

Recent edits:

Dropped Misty's Favor (Unified Minds) as it's need very rarely arised and replaced with Gloria (Brilliant Stars Trainer Gallery) for more outs to set up consistently.

Dropped Cheryl (Battle Styles) as you have max potion already for ursaluna loops, having two outs is nice however, may revert back. Switched to Giacomo (Paldea Evolved) for more energy disruption.

This deck prefers to go second since you have 3 setup  supporter outs, but going 1st isn't bad if you're able to start with Pidgey (Team Up) or -Minccino (Brilliant Stars) to evolve on your 2nd turn.

Your GLC event's **** will determine how fast you need to play this deck. 30 minute games feel pretty tight with this deck, especially if your opponent is (not maliciously) slow. 40+ minute timers feel perfect for this and leave you with enough time to set everything up.

Great deck! Fun idea. One ursaring might be nice.

It can help with consistency, however, the idea is if you can't use Snorlax, you can use baby doll eyes until you have all the pieces. Between Gladion & Peonia you should be able to get all your pieces regardless of prizes. The deck is super tight as is, but as always, anyone can make any changes to any deck :)
