Deck Primer

The water deck made for the GLC cube I'm working on. Uses the wealth of value engines like GUR Alolan Vulpix, BKT Octillery, and Shady Dealings Inteleon to power out a Vitality Spring Blastoise, who bursts a bunch of energy into play onto attackers like PRC Swampert and PAR Veluza, before eventually cycling them all back in with LOR Basculegion.
